Turkish Aluminum Producer ASAS Acquires Eurofoil France

According to foreign media reports, Turkish aluminum producer ASAS recently acquired Eurofoil France, headquartered in France.

While the financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed, ASAS stated that its French subsidiary will continue to operate under the new name ASAS SAS.

ASAS General Manager Derya Hatiboglu described the move as a “strategic initiative” aimed at enhancing the company’s production capacity and international synergies.

Under ASAS’s leadership, Eurofoil France will continue production with its experienced existing staff. This integration is expected to enable the new company to offer customers across Europe a wider range of products, stronger supply guarantees, and higher quality services.

Eurofoil France, founded in 1947, primarily produces 0.005mm thick aluminum foil, supplying the packaging, food, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.

According to ASAS’s official website, ASAS was founded in 1990 and has five modern production facilities in Sakarya Province, Turkey, exporting its products to over 80 countries.
